About

Amanda is from the greater Philadelphia area and has a diverse background in design. Schooled at Moore College of Art & Design in Philadelphia, she sealed her passion when she pursued her second career, in interiors. After working in the graphic design field for over six years, she decided she wanted a more hands-on approach to design, dealing with clients and spaces in person. Her transition started in 2010 and after years of schooling and working with other successful designers in the industry, Amanda Bennett Design, LLC was born.

Her love of materials and textiles are what drives her projects that are as diverse as her clientele. Both residential and commercial, her clients range from conservative, and transitional, to most eclectic. She can pursue her projects with a blank slate and an open mind which has led to her success. From the multi-million dollar townhome in center city Philadelphia, the converted stable home on the Main Line, or a one-room e-design project with someone across the country, Amanda’s attention to her client’s needs has brought her success in each of these vastly different genres.

A lifelong resident of the Philadelphia area and a passionate traveler, Amanda gains inspiration from her wanderlust. Whether it’s locally to flea markets or exploring streets in Europe, those images are what feed her passion and drive her to create a fantastic space.

On the weekends you can find her at one of her favorite coffee shops, spending time with her husband Jeff, and their three children.
